Swimming pool

Monday - Friday 1:00 - 7:30 p.m.
Saturday - Sunday: 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. |
The following rules and the instructions of
our lifeguards and staff, are intended to preserve your health and safety.
General Pool Rules
- No running, dunking or pushing.
- No diving except in the deep end where marked.
- No flips off the side.
- No running down ramp or playing on the railings.
- No rough play.
- No gum in pool area.
- No hard balls (Nerf sponge and Koosh balls only).
- No swearing.
- No flippers.
- No snorkels.
- No flotation devices (NONE – not in any pool).
- Adults only in large pool during break.
Children under 8 years of age are allowed if with an adult. (One child per
adult.)
- Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible
person 16 years of age or older.
- No food in pool area. (Shelter/picnic areas only.)
- Coolers are not allowed anywhere in the pool area.
- No glass containers of any kind.
- No one allowed on guard chairs except life guards.
- No talking to life guards on duty.
- Limit of 3 nonpaying children per adult.
- No children over 6 years of age allowed in wading pool unless
accompanied by an adult.
- No smoking anywhere in the pool area.
Adults may leave pool with smoking pass.
- No public displays of affection.
- Pool may close at any time without warning due to water quality or
weather conditions.
- Sorry, NO REFUNDS.
- Adults only in chaise lounge chairs.
- Pool staff only will operate umbrellas on tables.
- Passes good for one entry per opening period.
- Children wearing diapers should have “swim” diapers on or a tight
fitting, plastic pants covering the diaper.
- Diapers are not to be changed at pool side or on deck.
- If you or a child has had diarrhea within the past 72 hours, please do
not use our pool or facilities. Please think of the safety and health of
the other patrons.
- All non-toilet trained persons must be in swim wear diapers!!
Deep End of
Pool Rules
- No goggles.
- No gainers (reverses), seat-drops, or any backward maneuvers off the
board by anyone at any time.
- No competitive diving.
- All divers must go off the board straight forward.
- No back dives or flips off side.
- One person on the board at a time.
- One bounce on the board.
- Must pass the deep end swimming test even if accompanied by an adult.
(4 laps, tread water for 1 minute – test done at lifeguards’ convenience.
- No obscene gestures while going off the board.
- No playing chicken.
- No swimming in diving well area.
- Must exit from ladder.
- No hanging on the rope.
- No hanging, sliding or diving from the ladders.
- Weight limit for the diving board – 225 pounds.
- Diving from side only where marked.
Water Slide Rules
- Must be at least 4’ 6” tall as measured by our stick – No Exceptions!!
- No sitting up.
- Must stay on back.
- No head first.
- One person on the slide at a time.
- Must stay clear of exiting slide passengers (stay out of “discharge
box”).
- No ball playing on slide.
- No shaking of slide structure.
- Adults only on slide during break.
- Slide may be closed during breaks depending on staff.
- Weight limit for slide – 225 pounds.
As needs and circumstances require, Life Guards may make and enforce rules
other than those listed above.
Inability to abide by any of the above rules, and by any requests or
instructions by the Life Guards or Manager, will result in revocation of
pool privileges.
These rules are for your health and safety, and for the health and safety
of others.
