Galion City Health Department Clinic Hours

  • 2nd Monday of the Month:  9:00 - 11:00 a.m. & 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
  • 3rd Monday of the Month:  3:00 - 6:00 p.m.
  • 4th Monday of the Month:  9:00 - 11:00 a.m. & 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.

  • New fees for immunizations are effective January 1, 2006
  • 1 Injection  - $14.00                    3 Injections - $34.00
  • 2 Injections - $24.00                   4 Injections - $44.00
  •  
  • TB Skin tests will be $12.00 each.
  •  
  • Adult Hepatitis B Series will remain at $40.00 each. The complete series (3 injections) would be $120.00.
  •  
  • Current Job & Family Services medical cards will be accepted and must be provided at the time the immunizations are given.

        

When do children need shots?


Recommendations and / or availability of vaccines may vary per individual,
health care provider and / or type of vaccine given.

* Three doses of Hepatitis B vaccine and ** a second dose of MMR before
 school entry.

Please note that recommendations include injectable polio (four doses)
and that Chickenpox and Hepatitis B vaccines are now available through
age 18 (for those who have not had the vaccine or the disease).
