Changes Coming to Online Bill Pay March 1

Secure Pay

Beginning March 1, 2018, the website for making online utility bill payments will change.  You will be able to access the Secure Pay system through the city website or follow this link.

Existing users may enter their username from the previous payment portal but will be required to create a new password. New users must create an account before making a payment.

Customers have several other options for paying their utility bill, including the bank draft program. This allows you to have your payment automatically withdrawn directly from your bank account. You will still receive a bill in order to know what amount will be withdrawn each month.

In-person payments are accepted at the Utility Office by cash, check, or credit/debit card. There is an overnight drop box if you are making a payment after business hours (please do not place cash in the box).

Mailed payments should be sent to:

City of Galion Utility Office

PO Box 820

Galion, Ohio 44833

The Galion Utility Office is located at 115 Harding Way East, just east of the main square. It is open Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m. If you have questions about your bill or need assistance with a utility service, please stop in or call 419-468-6611.
